This”On the Road” Event ran over 3 days and included a luxury yacht cruise, full-day conference, networking meals and golf tournament on the Saturday.

100 Attendees from over 40 jurisdictions joined us at the prestigious 5 star Boca Raton Resort.

Our inaugural meeting in the United States featured high profile political figures, award-winning speakers and a selection of some of the leading advisory figures in the world.

12:00 – 12:30 Meet & Greet on the Spanish Terrace at the Boca Raton Resort Fresh orange juice on arrival.
12:45 Minibus transfer to Delray Beach
13:15 – 13:45 Boarding & photographs aboard the yacht After which commences a 3hr luxury cruise on the Intracoastal Waterway including drinks and ‘A Taste of the Caribbean’ buffet.
16:30 Return transfer to the Boca Raton Resort
19:30 – 21:30 Drinks reception at the Boca Raton Resort Hosted by Padula Hodkin in the Cloister Garden. Including drinks and hors d’oeurves

09:15 – 10:30 Florida Forum Hosted by Mr Adam Hasner, former majority house leader of the Florida house of representatives Presentation and introduction to Florida. Followed by Q&A session with leading Florida firms: Padula Hodkin, Diaz Reus and Tabas Freedman, Soloff, Brown & Rigali. Focussing upon the challenges Florida faces and the state’s position in developing Latin American business. This segment will cover deal flow, opportunities in the region, business culture, legal issues (including bankruptcy & litigation) and client anecdotes.

An open discussion on brands, what it really means to be a “brand” and how firms can engage in tactics that add real, long-term value to their brand. The differences between regional, national and international marketing and the different strategies needed for each, the importance of messaging and authenticity.

14.00 – 15.00 Forum: US – The Bigger Picture Hosted by Itzik Amiel and featuring Dickinson Wright, Pitegoff Law and TBC. This session will look at the US and the major factors which are influencing the market. We will look at the biggest drivers internationally, such as China and Latin America and the impact they have had both on inward and outward investment. In addition, we will also review the federal / state laws and the challenges they create for both US and foreign businesses.
