Attorney Peter Pang Named to Several Committees of the ABA International Law Section for 2014-2015

WASHINGTON, D.C., July 11, 2014 – Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Peter Pang has been named to the China Committee, Asia Pacific Committee and the International Anti-Corruption Committee of the American Bar Association’s International Law Section for 2014-2015.

 

The China and Asia/Pacific committees support ABA members with interests in China-related legal matters as well the countries of the Asia Pacific region. The committees present programs and deals with the review, analysis, comment, and information-sharing on matters of law, legal practice, and related policy as well as social and business networking events in this part of the world. The Anti-Corruption Committee facilitates efforts to deter corrupt practices and promote transparency across industries, organizations and countries through discussion and examination of the current international anticorruption regimes.

 

Attorney Peter C. Pang is Of Counsel in Dickinson Wright’s Washington, D.C. office. He specializes in helping multi-national companies in establishing a foothold and making an investment in China. He assists foreign enterprises to obtain difficult, hard to get licenses, permits, approvals and government support for entry into the highly regulated Chinese industries. As a lobbyist with many years of experience, Mr. Pang is well connected with the Central and many Provincial governments in China.
