NKO Partners advised CTP, leading industrial real estate developer in CEE, in connection to acquisition of 6ha of construction land in Kragujevac. CTP acquired the location intended for industrial development from the City of Kragujevac for EUR 2,1 million. This is the second successful real estate project of CTP in Kragujevac that NKO Partners advised on. Earlier in 2019, CTP invested approximately EUR 20 million in location and record construction of CTPark Kragujevac where Yanfeng Automotive Interiors’ plant opened in November 2019.
