Hogan Lovells Advises ITA on its $700 Million Merger with Go

Hogan Lovells US LLP announced today that it advised ITA Software, Inc., a leading provider of software solutions to the travel industry, on its merger with Google, which the Department of Justice cleared on Friday, 8 April.
