The Hatstone Group and the Folio Group are very pleased to share with you that further to the announcement last year regulatory consent has been obtained and the two businesses are now merged.
As a result of the merger Folio Corporate Services Limited has now obtained a Class I Trust Licence and has changed its name to Hatstone Trust Company (BVI) Limited.
Aside from the merger completion, 2018 was a very busy year for the Group with the establishment of our new law firm in the British Virgin Islands and office moves for the Jersey, Panama and South Africa teams.
The new Hatstone group of companies are now able to provide our clients with a more comprehensive range of services. With more than 50 employees providing a wide range of legal, corporate & fiduciary and fund administration services in several jurisdictions, including BVI, Jersey, South Africa and Panama, we are well placed to provide all the services required in an increasingly complex financial environment.
