DFDL partners with Mataram to boost its Indonesian practice

We are delighted to announce that DFDL’s Indonesian Practice has established an exclusive association with Mataram Partners, effective immediately.

Mataram Partners is a trusted and dynamic Indonesian law firm serving the needs of domestic and foreign investors in Indonesia since 2006. Staffed by lawyers with exceptional academic and professional backgrounds, all of whom are fluent in English, Mataram Partners delivers international standard legal advisory services tailored to international clients, while being solidly grounded in Indonesian law. Their practice spans virtually all areas of civil and commercial law in Indonesia, across a broad range of industries.

DFDL’s Indonesian practice is managed by DFDL’s Managing Director in Singapore, Rashed Idrees, who works closely with Mataram Partners and lead partner Andi Zulfikar with whom Rashed has worked, including as colleagues, for more than a decade.

Andi Zulfikar graduated from the law school of the University of Indonesia, the country's premier law school, in 1994, and was admitted as an Indonesian advocate the following year. He was an associate with the Indonesian affiliate of Baker & McKenzie before moving to Singapore in 2000 to join Denton Wilde Sapte (now SNR Denton), where he worked for four years. He then moved back to Jakarta and founded Mataram Partners in 2006.
