Client’s Redevelopment Plan for City of Worcester Approved: Successfuly Represented by SederLaw

The City of Worcester’s Planning Board unannomously approved a definitive site plan for the redevelopment of the Table Talk Pie complex at Kelley Square into a mix of housing and retail.

Attorney Todd Rodman, represented the developer, Boston Capital, who has plans to redevelop the four-acre parcel. The Telegram & Gazette reports that the will includes around 400 units of housing and 40,000 square feet of retail space and the construction of a seven-story apartment complex in which all 83 units will be affordable.
