The theme of this conference was ‘Shaping Culture’. HR leaders consider culture and engagement their number-one challenge, according to a recent study by Deloitte. It’s clear that in order to attract, retain and engage the modern workforce, we need to focus on company culture.
During this event, attendees were able to talk about their own approach, hear from experts, listen to other members and discuss how we together as IR can differentiate ourselves from other networks. In 2018, we will have 3 events These being Lisbon 8-10th February, Toronto 16-18th May and the Annual Conference will be back in London 14th-16th October. We hope to see many of you there.
