CEE Legal Matters has invited law firm managing partners from across the SEE region to share their thoughts on their careers, management styles, and strategies. In the Corner Office section of their March issue they focused on mid-career changes of personal practice.
Uroš explained “My practice has, after approximately ten years, shifted from domestic dispute resolution to international cross-border transactional work”. And while he does recommend seasoned legal practitioners to make at least a small change in their career direction at some time, he urges young practitioners “to first master personal practice on one area before moving to another in order to meet professional standards.”
