Trident Capital, invests $16.8 million in BlueCat Networks

BlueCat Networks announced the completion of a $16.8 million round of financing by investor Trident Capital, a leading Silicon Valley venture firm. Rich May, a Professional Corporation, a Boston business law firm, represented Trident Capital in the transaction. Stephen M.
