Three Hogan Lovells Partners Named Client Service All-Stars

Hogan Lovells partners Stephen Immelt, Bruce Oakley, and Charles Rix were named “Client Service All-Stars” by BTI Consulting Group in the organization’s 10th annual client satisfaction survey. The Hogan Lovells partners were among 318 lawyers identified as “leaders of client service excellence” through BTI’s benchmark survey of corporate counsel.

BTI Consulting Group selects the Client Service All-Stars through direct research and interviews with corporate counsel at major U.S. and multinational companies. Law firms cannot submit nominations or influence the research in any way. This year, BTI conducted more than 300 interviews with corporate counsel over a period of four months, asking their subjects to name – unprompted – the corporate lawyers who provide the best client service for their companies. The research covered companies in 15 different industries, with an average annual revenue of $17.6 billion.

Immelt was nominated for inclusion in the report by a Fortune 500 pharmaceuticals company. Oakley’s nomination came from a high profile energy company, while Rix was chosen by a Fortune 100 banking giant.
