On February 24, 2015 after a year and a half long bankruptcy proceeding, Tabas Freedman partner Gary M. Freedman, along with and representing successor trustee Joel L. Tabas, successfully completed the Chapter 11 reorganization of the Fort Lauderdale Bridge Club, a well- respected and important institution in Broward County since 1958. The  bakruptcy proceeding was precipitated by multi-layered complex litigation brought against the Club with Messrs. Freedman and Tabas effectively managed. The favorable conclusion of the litigation enabled the Club to emerge from bankruptcy protection and successfully reorganize.
