Matthew Harrison of Harrison Law, PLLC and Peter Pang IPO Pang Xingpu have been coordinating representation of one of Mr. Harrison’s business clients based in the western United States. The company is expanding into China and the direct sales and distribution market. Mr. Pang and his firm have become the company’s counsel in China and is quickly establishing the needed organizations and the protections for the company’s short and long-term plans.
It has been a pleasure to work alongside Peter after we met in Singapore at the IR event, I look forward to working together again in the future.
