Richelieu Avocats was founded in April 2008, with the ambition to support, advise and defend its clients. The DNA of Richelieu Avocats is making life easier for companies, their directors and business owners, with a focus on risks prevention and management.
The firm has twelve fee earners including six partners who specialize in all aspects of business law (corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, environmental law, contractual law, complex commercial disputes and arbitration, insurance law, employment law, bankruptcy, tax law). Partners work in pairs with another colleague and on a cross-functional basis, depending the case. Each partner is directly and personally involved in cases. We implement a controlled costs practice.
