We appear in federal courts across the United States, and before the International Trade Commission. Our lawyers have litigated some of the leading cases involving the use and abuse of standard essential patents, including Rambus and Princo.
One of our partners is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. We employ a full-time PTO-registered technologist to help our lawyers develop case strategy and analyze the technological aspects of our cases.
