Offit Kurman Continues to Grow in Southeast Region with the Addition of Three New Attorneys

CHARLOTTE, NC – August 17th, 2021 – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome three attorneys to offices in the firm’s Southeast region. Principal Daniel Moskowitz and Counsel Alec C. Roberson have joined the Charlotte, North Carolina office and Counsel Stephen Chryst has joined the Spartanburg, South Carolina office.

Daniel B. Moskowitz, a principal in Offit Kurman’s Commercial Litigation group, focuses his practice on the representation of individuals, executives and companies in complex legal proceedings. Mr. Moskowitz has litigated cases across a myriad of industries and has represented clients in state and federal courts and in arbitrations. He also maintains a comprehensive sports law practice, representing agents, professional athletes, coaches, executives and companies on a broad range of legal issues including litigation, investigations, labor law matters and business transactions.

Alec C. Roberson is a counsel in the firm’s Estates and Trusts group. He assists clients with estate planning strategies, business succession planning and estate and trust administration. Mr. Roberson also counsels business owners on the formation of business entities and the handling of corporate governance matters.

Stephen Chryst is a counsel in the Offit Kurman’s Family Law practice. He focuses his practice on family law matters including separation, divorce, premarital and post nuptial agreements and settlement negotiation. Mr. Chryst, a former small business owner, also provides strategic guidance to entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Since then, the Southeast Region has expanded into South Carolina and includes new offices in Rock Hill and Spartanburg.
