NKO Partners assisted Konica Minolta Serbia, a part of a Japanese multinational technology company, in obtaining a favorable judgment from the Administrative Court of Serbia. The Court annulled the fine previously levied against Konica Minolta by the Serbian Competition Commission for allegedly entering into restrictive agreements and referred the case back to the Commission for reconsideration. The Court found that the Serbian competition watchdog did not substantially prove infringement of competition on the side of Konica Minolta and its distributors in Serbia.
