NKO Partners advised private client on sale of local Lola Real Estate, owner of premium residential location in New Belgrade to Czech investor UDI Group. Prior to the takeover, NKO Partners supported Lola Real Estate in acquiring 9.376 m2 construction land in public tender procedure before Belgrade Land Agency for approximately EUR 7 million. The location in Belgrade’s Blok 58, nearby well-known Delta City shopping mall, is intended for development of 55.000smq mix-use project which includes apartments, retail units and garages.
