COVID-19 NOTICE

In compliance with the measures issued by the National Government to prevent the contagion and dissemination of COVID-19, from this date and until the adopted measure cease, MORENO & ARJONA- BUREAU will carry on with our professional activities guaranteeing the following:

  1. Full disposition and availability to keep advising our clients by email, telephone, or videoconference using technological tools such as Skype, Zoom, Signal or Whatsapp.
  2. Our lawyers will continue to follow up cases to the extent that the government agencies allow personal attention and receipt of documents. No deadline on any action or procedure will be skipped if it is possible to carry on and execute it. Please consider that the Judicial Power, as well as many government agencies has suspended procedural term to their respective procedures before their offices.
  3. We will keep receiving documents in our reception desk until 3:00 p.m.
  4. Following recommendations issued by our government authorities, we are adopting measures such as vacation periods for part of our staff considering the senior and those with chronic illnesses. On the same extent, we are complying with suggested measures given by the Ministry of Labor such as implementing remote work and work on demand, measures that will allow us to keep rendering our quality services without neglecting our most valuable asset, our human resource.

We will be paying attention to the ongoing developments and will adapt ourselves to the challenges imposed by this sanitary emergency. Our team is at your permanent disposition.
