Mock Employment Tribunal

Thursday 28th February, 5.00- 8.00pm
The Law Society
113 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1PL

This event is co-hosted by Colman Coyle and immediate future promises to be a lively and interactive evening.

With employment tribunal hearings at a record high, the event will give you an ideal opportunity to get a flavour of how a tribunal works, without being the one in the hot seat.

The tribunal will be based on a fictional but realistic case and conducted by senior employment barristers with extensive experience of tribunal proceedings. The audience can be assured of some tense and often entertaining moments. Following the tribunal there will be also be a  chance to ask questions and an audience poll.

Following on from our social media and employment law briefing (6th February 2013) the case will demonstrate first hand the issues that can arise from the misuse of social media along with other common employer concerns.
The event is relevant to all HR professionals, marketing managers and  business owners who would like to know what it is like to be in an employment  tribunal, and how to avoid finding themselves in one in the first place!
