Luis Fernando Martinot Oliart, Attorney at Law graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Master on Law and Corporative Finance by ESAN.
Fernando’s professional experience of more than 20 years includes Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Agreements, Foreign Investments, and Bankruptcy and corporate reorganization.
He has participated in several M&A processes, from transaction design, legal due diligence, and agreement negotiation. He has plenty of experience on corporate reorganization and liquidation processes, including bankrupt heritage and asset acquisitions.
He has also worked as director of industrial and financial companies. He is a member of Attorney Bar Association of Callao, International Bar Association’s – IBA committee of Mergers and Acquisitions and Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights, and American Bar Association’s – ABA committee of International Law.
He has been included in Chambers & Partners, Latin Lawyer, and Legal 500 rankings of Peruvian specialists on Mergers and Acquisitions and Bankruptcy Processes.
