Marco Bisceglia carries out his activities in the area of company, commercial, intellectual property and sports laws, both out-of-court – providing advices, drafting legal opinions and agreements also in the context of extraordinary transactions (M&A) of significant value and complexity – and in-court.
Marco Bisceglia is a long standing chairman of supervisory boards of listed and unlisted companies as well as secretary of committees of board of directors of listed companies.
The firm was founded at the end of 19th century by Cesare Dragoni, then continued by his son Sergio and, finally taken over by Mr Antonio Magnocavallo in 1981. In 2005 Mr Alberto Predieri and Marco Bisceglia become partners and the firm assumed the actual structure. Ms Laura Mantelli joined the firm as partner in 2012.
The firm, coherently with its identity, has been structured in the actual small dimensions, typical of a legal boutique providing highly customized services. Such structure, among others, allows the senior partner a direct involvement in all the files in which the firm is retained
