He has also served as an officer and a director of numerous corporations, public and private, foreign and domestic. He was president of The Charter Company’s Insurance Group and senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of The Charter Company. Mr. Gibbs also held numerous offices with Consolidated International Group, Inc.
