HKEx Listing Decisions on Sufficiency of Assets/Operations for Continued Listing
On 24 November 2017, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (the Exchange) published three listing decisions. LD 115-2017 and LD 116-2017 dealt with the question of whether the issuers had a sufficient level of operations or assets to warrant their continued listing under Main Board Listing Rule 13.24.
