Managing partner, attorney at law; graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty of Warsaw University in 2000, qualified as an attorney in June 2005. First joined GESSEL in February 1999, became a partner in January 2007.
Specialises primarily in equity transactions on the private and public markets and Mergers and Acquisitions; his practice also encompasses restructuring, company law services for corporate entities as well as Real Estate Law. He has many years experience in legal servicing of M&A transactions, both on the buyer and seller sides.
