GEAB&P Represents Loftware in Recapitalization and Sale Transaction

A corporate team led by Andrew Peskoe, Thomas Wilson, Matthew Weill and Elizabeth Li represented Loftware Holdings, Inc. in connection with a July 2014 recapitalization and sale transaction involving an exit by Shore Points Capital and other existing institutional investors and an equity financing led by an affiliate of Riverside Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm.   Heath Martin provided tax advice in connection with the transaction.
