IR Global, the world’s largest exclusive network of advisory firms is delighted to introduce Howard Stephenson of Garlicke & Bousfield Inc. Howard has joined IR as our exclusive Commercial Law Member in South Africa.
Howard graduated from the University of Natal with a BA LLB in 1994 and thereafter spent two years working and travelling overseas. After completing his articles in 1998 he joined a local firm as an associate in 1999 and became a director in 2001.
He qualified as a conveyancer and notary public in 2000, completed his LLM in 2003 and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations. He is a member of the Maritime Law Association of South Africa and the Association of Competition Law Practitioners.
