Wilson Martínez concentrates his professional practice in the areas of corporate business law (mergers, acquisitions and other business reorganizations), business transactions, trust businesses (public and private), real estate and construction law, strategic estate planning, and public-private partnerships for the development of infrastructure.
As part of his experience, he has been a member of the official Commission for the drafting of Law No. 47-20 of Public-Private Partnerships and their application regulations, as well as the Commission in charge of the implementation of the General Directorate of Public-Private Partnerships.
