I always try to take the path of consultation, but sometimes this is a road to nowhere. In that case the judge will have to come in to make a substantive decision about (for example) the children, maintenance, the house and the division. With over 30 years of practice, I have extensive experience, not only in giving advice, assisting clients in negotiations or in mediation, but also in conducting proceedings in the courts and the courts of appeal. In short, I am a truly experienced all-rounder!
