The approval process of one of the most controversial bills has, yet again, been decelerated as the Parliament postponed the approval procedure session to 22 January.
The main aims of the ERS philosophy are to fight the shadow economics in the Czech Republic and to prevent revenue cuts. It is based on recording all cash payments to the central database of the Financial Authority using Internet connection.
