The Declaration of Credit or Debit Operations (“DOC”) is mandatory for Payment Institutions whose activities include the issuance of credit or debit cards, as well as for acquirers and sub-acquirers.
These entities must declare monthly through the DOC all operations carried out with credit or debit cards, with or without electronic funds transfer, in accredited establishments, service providers, located in the municipality of São Paulo, comprising the global amounts per establishment, under fine penalty.
