Delphi advisor to Ferroamp Elektronik AB (publ) in connection with its share issue and listing on Nasdaq First North

Delphi has advised Ferroamp Elektronik AB (publ) (“Ferroamp”) in connection with a share issue of approximately SEK 36 million, as well as listing on Nasdaq First North.

Ferroamp’s shares have been approved for trading on Nasdaq First North with the first day of trading on March 22, 2019.

Ferroamp was founded in 2010 and is a fast-growing company within cleantech that provides advanced energy and power optimization solutions for buildings. Ferroamp has a scalable platform that gives the opportunity to combine patented technology in the company’s innovation “EnergyHub” with alternative energy sources and energy storage. With Ferroamps unique solution multiple buildings can be connected in a microgrid – “Powershare”. Current customers include real estate companies/real estate owners, energy consultants and power companies. Ferroamp has received several prominent international environmental awards.
