Delphi advises Candidator DGC and EQT in the acquisition of iSMoTec

EQT:s portfolio company, Candidator DGC, has acquired the IT-consultancy company iSMoTec with business activities in several Swedish cities. Candidator DGC is a leading Swedish managed IT services provider that was formed in April 2018 by combining Candidator and DGC IT Services, creating a leading Nordic managed IT services provider.

iSMoTec was founded in 2006 and consist of 25 employees with an annual turnover of approx. MSEK 45, with business activities in Karlstad, Linköping and Gothenburg. iSMoTec’s consultancy operations consist of services and specialist knowledge within the business- and operating systems M3, IBM Power Hosting and Microsoft Server as well as other IT-integration services.

The Delphi team includes David Aversten, Rickard Isacson, Dahae Roland, Emmy Falck, Therese Virgin and Christoffer Malmström.
