We have put together a couple of headline articles which caught our attention over the past few months at Colman Coyle.

In addition to the articles below, we are delighted that Oksana Howard attended a Business Breakfast meeting organised by British-Kazakh Society in honour of HE Michael Gifford, HM Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Furthermore, Michael Large has been advising the Guardians of the Arches during the National Audit Office (NAO) study and is a member of their advisory board. Michael, along with other tenants and supporters, recently attended the House of Commons for an important hearing.

Leasehold reform

The Government has recently its consultation for tackling the leasehold system and, amongst other proposals, it intends to impose a new regime that will impose a turnaround time of no more than 15 days on the managing agent to provide the information and will set a maximum fee of £200 plus VAT for providing it.
