CBM Audit & Conseil has been appointed in order to assist Provimi France, a Cargill Group subsidiary, in preparing the consolidated financial statements required in France under IFRS accounting principles. Actually, Cargill completed the acquisition of Provimi to create the leading global animal nutrition business.
