BSP, with a team led by Linda Harroch, Partner and Head of the Private Equity department, and composed of Francesco Del Pesce, Counsel, Grégoire Colson, Associate, and Joyce Soudry, Junior Associate, acted as Luxembourg counsel to Groupe Bruxelles Lambert on the acquisition of a majority stake in Sanoptis, a leading network of ophthalmology clinics across Germany and Switzerland, from Telemos Capital.
GBL committed up to 750 million Euro in equity for this transaction. Sanoptis is the second largest European ophthalmology services provider with over 250 facilities, serving both publicly and privately insured patients.
