Brian G. Lloyd Named President of Parr Brown Gee & Loveless

The law firm of Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that corporate and securities attorney, Brian G. Lloyd, has been selected as president of the firm. Each April, the firm’s management succession plan identifies a new, qualified attorney to serve as president. Mr. Lloyd has served as firm secretary for the past year and will serve as president until April 1, 2016.  “It is a privilege to work with such a fine group of people who are focused on providing the very best legal service possible to our clients.” noted Lloyd.

Brian Lloyd is a member of the firm’s business and transactions group, specializing in corporate and securities law.  His experience includes advising public and private companies, as well as investors, on formation, securities regulation, mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance and financing transactions including public offering, venture capital and private equity transactions. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Executive Committee of the Utah Chapter of the American Red Cross, and was the former Chair of the Securities Section of the Utah State Bar. Mr. Lloyd received his J.D. from Columbia University and his B.S. in Finance, with University Honors from Brigham Young University.
