The article refers to the adjournment of a general meeting of a limited liability company matter. The writers analyse joint stock company’s regulations of the Polish Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies and apply them to the limited liability company’s position. They characterise deed of association of a LLC and the possibility to implement specific provisions thereto to enable a break in general meeting to be held. The writers analyse the Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies and present the law doctrine and jurisprudence’s position regarding the break in a general meeting. Afterwards they submit their opinion to the extent in question.
