We have closed a deal this June acquiring 50,0% of another local tax consulting and auditing firm with a total staff of 17 persons (accountants, tax consultants and auditors). Other share is owned by my new partner Michael Happel.
This firm is located in a separate office, but within three years we will concentrate the whole team in our own office. Until then we are planning to merge the professional teams based on digital workflows.
All together we are now having a headcount of 47, among them six fully licensed tax consultants and auditors. Five more auditors are closely related to our firm as they are working in our office and we are collaborating with them in several professional projects.
