Mr. Chaurasia, 16+ years of experience in Risk Advisory, Accounting, Tax & Legal and has worked in various capacities for multiple clients’ engagements across the world.
During these engagements, he has headed, conducted, and coordinated various Business Set Up Advisory, Market Entry, Company & Bank Set up, Accounting & Office Setup, Internal Audits, Process Control Audits and Business Enterprise Risks Assessments, Tax Advisory, Tax Compliance, Tax Planning, M&A Advisory, Regulatory Representation as well as forensic due diligence investigations for financial institutions and organizations.
He has provided Strategic and Financial Advisory cum counsel to multinational clients and large family-owned businesses in the Pharmaceuticals and Nutraceuticals sector. His strategic inputs regarding compliance and risks associated with their investments in India, USA, and Southeast Asia and the CIS region have immensely benefited his clients.
Within RiSiKo, Mr. Chaurasia was instrumental in facilitating the sale of assets worth 100+ Million USD in USA. He was also engaged as a strategic and financial advisor for bankruptcy proceeding filed under Chapter 11 of USA Bankruptcy Code. He was also involved in a case of termination of liquidation proceeding in Budapest, Hungary for one of the Indian client. Further, he has been instrumental in strategic decision-making, and validation of investment decisions on behalf of CEO Office and Board of Directors.
Mr. Chaurasia serves as Board Member, Board Governance Advisors, Independent Director, Audit Committee Member, as part of Fiduciary duty for some of the renowned Organization.
Mr. Chaurasia serves as Board members and Advisor for some of the renowned Family Business Offices.
Prior to RiSiKo, Mr. Chaurasia was a director with a leading Indian advisory and management consulting firm specializing in Internal Audits, Risk Advisory and Transaction Advisory. He was responsible for setting up a network of high-level business contacts across domains and managing relationships and projects across geographies and lead team 50+ members working across 15+ Projects at a time. While working with this Indian advisory firm, he was able to set up various quality benchmarks for audit and certification of financial services.
