For most of my professional life (14 years of lawyer work) I served companies in the pharmaceutical industry. Initially, it was just one of the many areas that I devoted my time to work (trainee and novice lawyer can not be fooling). Over time, assignments in this field became more frequent, and the issues I dealt with more demanding. Exploring the meanders of Polish and EU law, I caught the bug of life sciences law . Unfortunately, there is no good Polish equivalent for this English term including Pharmaceutical law, regulations on medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics ... Long could be exchanged.

For industry clients (Polish and foreign) I serviced M&A transactions, prepared due diligence reports, reviewed opinions on contracts and prepared opinions. Finally, I decided to focus only on this area of ​​law. 

That's how TJLegal Life Sciences Law came about. I would like to translate my knowledge and experience into benefits for your company, because life sciences law is my legal passion that will give you a sense of security.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (studies completed with honors). As part of the Erasmus program, I also studied at the Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam (studies in international commercial and tax law and comparative law).

I have been a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw since 2010.

I work hard on the ground at work for clients, but I look at the stars through binoculars or a telescope in my free time.
