Tim McCosker is HKMP’s partner in charge of corporate taxation and bankruptcy services. Tim is frequently the lead partner in many engagements involving corporate insolvencies and restructurings as well as providing support services to trustees in bankruptcy.

Tim specializes in audits of employee benefit plans and charitable foundations and is an expert in accounting for the construction industry. In addition, he provides tax and management consulting services to family run, closely held businesses and oversees the firm’s quality control programs.

Tim holds a BA from Baruch College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) and the NYSSCPA Bankruptcy and Financial Reorganization Committee. He has also served on the Society’s Construction Accounting Committee. Tim was a Gold Medal recipient for his CPA Exam results.
