Rated AV Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell's Peer Review, our senior lawyers have all had years of practice with some of the nation’s most prominent law firms. Our lawyers have brought their knowledge, abilities, expertise and experience to the firm to create a culture of excellent, client-focused problem solving and dispute resolution. We help clients in a broad range of industries to resolve complex business disputes in areas including real estate, securities, shareholder and partner disputes, professional and fiduciary liability matters, business transactions and contract disputes, employment litigation, and white collar crime. We are dedicated to serving corporations and other business organizations of all sizes, investors, business executives, officers, directors, law firms, partnerships, lenders and stockholders, as well as non-profit organizations, including colleges and universities. In addition, we are a “go-to” firm for leading law firms, both large and small, who refer to us their client matters that they either do not handle or are conflicted out of handling, knowing that we always have an unwavering focus on obtaining the best result or solution for the client. Whenever possible, our goal in serving our clients is to help them avoid potential litigation so they may focus on the task of growing their business. We have learned that clients are best served by early assessment of cases, including consideration of a full range of dispute resolution options. If litigation is the necessary path, we take into account all litigation options intended to promote the quick, successful resolution of disputes most cost-effectively. We staff matters leanly and most of the case work is performed by partners, ensuring a high level of competence, focus and efficiency. Our lawyers believe that direct and constant communication is key to client satisfaction and we make certain that every client is engaged throughout the matter’s lifecycle.
