Ryan Miller is a partner of Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Tax Services Group. Ryan utilizes his extensive tax law knowledge to develop strategies to minimize tax liability and maximize savings. He oversees the international aspects of the firm’s tax practice, ranging from structuring international business activities to providing compliance services to businesses and individuals with international assets and activities. His experience also includes individual taxation, gift and estate taxes, and all types of entity taxation, such as partnerships and S corporations. Ryan closely monitors tax legislation and emerging tax issues, serving as a resource for KSM staff, and is a frequent author and presenter on a wide variety of federal income and international tax topics.
