Robert Rudek ,born in Heilbronn (Germany) on June 28,1958 is partner of the law firm LawFed Studio Legale e Tributario BRSA, established in Milan in 1960 and usually involved in assisting foreign corporations and their Italian affiliates operating in Italy and Germany through subsidiaries or otherwise and providing general counselling therefor.
Robert Rudek attended the German School of Milan and later the Law School at the University of Munich (Referendar 1992, Assessor 1986) and the University of Siena.
He is admitted in Federal Republic of Germany and in Italy and is member of the Munich Bar Association and Milan Bar Association.
He was assistant at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich at the Department of International Private Law and is Chairman of the German Chapter of the European Court of Arbitration.
His main practice areas are commercial law, private international law, arbitration, corporate law, construction and labor law; his activity also focuses on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
For many years he gave lectures and took part in meetings and seminars in Italy and in many European countries dealing with developments of European Law and focusing especially on problems of jurisdiction and arbitration
