He then worked for a leading Italian law firm, in which he became a salary partner in 2008, basing part of his activity in a law firm in the City of London.

He founded Greco Vitali Associati in 2012.
He speaks English and French fluently.
Member of the Italian Bar since 2002, he is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).
Before founding Greco Vitali Associati law firm, he worked for many years with one of the leading independent legal firms in Italy (NCTM - Studio Legale Associato) in which he became Salary Partner in 2008.
He also spent a working period at Berwin Leighton Paisner in London, practicing litigation and as a consultant to companies operating in the "gambling & gaming" area.
He is thus specialized in litigation and arbitration (both in Italy and abroad), specifically in relation to commercial, company, banking and bankruptcy areas.
He regularly advises clients in commercial and company matters, assisting them, also on a day-by-day basis, in the drafting of commercial contracts and issuing legal opinions on civil, commercial and company topics.
During his professional career, he also counselled clients in complex transactions involving M&A and private equity matters.
For 9 years he has been also "rappresentante comune" (Common Representative) for saving shareholders in an MTA (Mercato Telematico Azionario) listed company.
Greco Vitali Associati (GVA) is a new, young and independent legal firm, founded in 2012 by Pietro Greco and Matteo Ludovico Vitali.
After significant professional experience working for outstanding Italian and international firms, the founding partners have decided to create their own business, offering high-quality legal services, through an innovative approach, but not forgetting the need for careful organisation, thorough research and care for detail which they have learnt working with bigger firms.
GVA’s activities fully range in the area of company and corporate law, combining partners’ long-term experiences both in court and out of court.
GVA offers legal assistance to companies, individuals and financial institutions, either Italian or foreign, supported by the cooperation of an international network of outstanding firms.
The firm has privileged and long-standing relations with specialized professionals active in different practice areas from those in which it operates, that GVA involves and coordinates according to client’s needs.
