500 Dallas, Suite 2800, Houston, TX 77002, Houston
MehaffyWeber was founded in 1946 as a litigation firm. As our clients’ needs expanded, we evolved into a broad-based regional law firm still with a strong emphasis in litigation. Our trial lawyers practice in state and federal courts throughout Texas and other states, and our firm functions as regional counsel for several clients.
Our breadth and depth of civil litigation experience has given us strong industry-specific knowledge of our clients’ industries, including the petroleum and chemical sectors, energy, manufacturing, real estate, and construction. Our lawyers take pride in maintaining and expanding their knowledge of legal and policy developments and how these developments may affect their operations. Our goal is to minimize our clients’ environmental risk and liability, enabling their businesses to grow and thrive.
MehaffyWeber lawyers maintain an impressive record of success in trial and appellate courts, before regulatory bodies, and through arbitration, mediation, and negotiated settlements. Our environmental team represents individuals, companies and associations across industries, including energy, manufacturing, transportation, chemicals, and retail, in civil cases and administrative matters under all of the major federal environmental statutes and the laws of Texas. We have litigated cases across the spectrum of environmental law including civil cost recovery, toxic tort, and CERCLA litigation.Show more +
