Having worked in the financial services sector for over 15 years, and with professional experience developed and refined in Big Four companies, Oana is a well-trained, highly skilled, and professionally mature consultant.

She is able to tackle any kind of issues the financial life of a company might face. Having spent time in both Romania and the Republic of Moldova, she is well aware of the challenges each environment poses and is well equipped to handle them.

More than 100 happy clients in both countries represent a guarantee of her experience and competence in the field. CEG is the result of her dream to pursue the professional challenges the financial sector poses in a new, friendlier way, with a fresh open mind aimed at the future approach. Her reputation stands testimony to the success of the past, current and future projects of CEG.

Since CEG conception on both markets, Oana coordinated various projects, from daily accounting and payroll services to complex international tax structuring and seller and/or buyer due diligence M&A transactions.

CEG is part of various business organizations such as European Business Association in Moldova, Romanian Investors Associations from Moldova, Romanian Chamber of Certified and Chartered Accountants, Romanian Tax Advisors Chamber. Also, as Managing Partner of CEG, Oana acted as Board President of the Romanian Investors Association from Moldova for a limited period of time. Nonetheless, Oana took an active role during the past years in proposing amendments to the Moldovan State Government of the domestic tax legislation.
