Prior to setting up her law firm, Natalia worked for over five years as a solicitor at the London office of global magic law firm Linklaters LLP. At Linklaters, Natalia gained excellent general corporate experience acting for a wide range of clients across sectors including financial services, TMT, real estate and life sciences. She has extensive corporate experience, including private and public M&A. Her practice focuses on complex cross-border transactions.
Natalia also worked as in-house counsel at BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager. She provided legal advice to the EMEA insurance team, worked on segregated accounts and various internal projects, including document management. Natalia brings a collaborative and commercial approach to resolving interest amongst different stakeholders.

- a private equity house in relation to a potential acquisition of Solera Inc.;
- Alent plc on the recommended £1.35bn cash offer by Platform Specialty Products Corporation to acquire all of the shares in Alent plc.:
