For twenty years, Mojmir Ostermann has been advising multinationals, financial institutions and domestic clients in complex corporate and M&A transactions related to various areas of the economy, as well as banking and finance and the capital markets. Mojmir has led some of the most complex cross-border projects related to Croatia while regularly representing clients in litigation and arbitration.

As evidence of recognition by the business and legal community, Mojmir has been singled out for six consecutive years as leading corporate law and merger & acquisition (M&A) lawyer in the Legal 500 in the Republic of Croatia.

He received his Magister Juris (LLM) degree in Comparative and European Law from the University of Oxford.
